When's the best day to apply?

Enter your ZIP and what you're putting down. We read your local hourly forecast and rank the next few days by whether the weather waters it in, or keeps it dry.

Why the forecast, not the calendar

Most lawn products need rain (or need to stay dry) within a day or two of going down. A granular fertilizer wants ~0.25" to water it in; a foliar weed killer needs a dry window so it isn't washed off. We read the hourly forecast for your ZIP and rank the next five days against the rule for the product you pick. Always follow your product label.
